The Marxist want you to confess all your links and associations so that they may "stamp out" all possible fraud and abuse, whether it is tax evasion, conspiring to hang them, having a baby, or using cash.

To include family members in many company benefits plans, you must provide "papers" to prove that they are associated with you, made impossible if you refuse to number new babies.

To "prevent" fraud and abuse, of course, each family member will require a number and an ID which is linked to all other members of the family.
