Even if the ice packs melt the plan is to have a water shortage. To paraphrase an Enviro-pagan, "the price of water is going to be as high as the price of oil."

The Mark of the Beast is to them both an excuse and a prophecy of their intentions. The excuse for doing nothing to oppose tyranny is that it's going to happen anyway. The prophecy is that they are going to allow it. The pastors have become contemptible and deserve "persecution". What Would George Washington Do for a politician claiming to be god?
