Perry Suspects inside Job on Gov. House Attack

Jun 12, 2008 08:30

On Sunday, June 8 2008 the Texas Governors mansion was burned down. It is one of the most heavily guarded and watched buildings in America, yet the attack went without leaving any evidence.

Rick Perry and the feds are preparing to interview the security personnel who were absent at the time. It was an act of war but the PR is the usual "My heart aches" that subdues public interest. The reality is behind Perry's statement that "I'm angry that part of our state's heritage has been attacked."

It's not the Texas heritage that was attacked, it was Perry. The feds were involved from the beginning of the investigation: "Earl Woodham of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms National Response Team," is the talking head.

Perry is angry because he is afraid, afraid because somebody is warning him which is why he asked, "Why was that individual able to penetrate." His impenetrable citadel is like his Great Tyranny--a fragile illusion.
