Denver pre-positioning

The back side info about the Denver exercises is that the feds are anticipating that DC is about to be hit hard and Denver is the emergency capital. They are preparing for any outbursts as a consequence. Idaho and Montana are also preparing.

HF radio is losing some of it's encryption and the feds are giggling about the effect they are having on the Denver victims.
