An Urgent Message to all Lovers of America

A dreadful feeling is sweeping through America—the country is heading toward catastrophe. Studies of Americans from a variety of religious and ethnic groups indicate that many worry that America faces the threat of the loss of freedom and property.

America’s moral ruling elites, the "Pastors" and the "Rabbis", have committed one deadly blunder after another. Afraid to acknowledge their bungling, they persist in the disastrous policy of “compliance for peace.” To persist in this policy they resort to and condone deceit, coercion, and even despotic rule.

If this were not enough, Republicans, a party that had never defied the march toward totalitarianism, gained control of the congress. Now this party is committed to the expulsion of perhaps tens of thousands of Americans from Texas to Indiana, Kansas and Oklahoma, from their houses in order to connect the NAFTA highway with the Canadian highway system north of Minnesota.

Only an outright dictatorship can implement this cleansing of Americans from their heartland. The forced exodus of these Americans, and the additional legal attacks to which all America will thereafter be exposed because of environmental law, cannot but demoralize the country and lead to its demise.

No political party or religious organization in America has the wherewithal to rally the people around a constructive plan—a plan to reverse America’s withdrawal to its pre-1776 colonial lines, a plan to reconstruct America’s unconstitutional as well as anti-Christ system government and makes it representative of the abiding beliefs and values of the founding fathers.

We urge you to study the plan outlined below and get involved in our effort to prevent America’s demise.

The federal State of America is no longer viable: (1) Most citizens--identify themselves with America’s enemies. (2) The Government does not enforce the guarantee of a republican form of government against citizens who aid the passing of legislative acts against Americans. (3) The Supreme Court does not uphold the constitution. (4) The Government’s lax immigration law diminished the country’s Christian and Jewish majority. (5) The same Court has refused to uphold any law advocating the Judeo-Christian roots of any State. (6) Since bureaucrats are not elected by the voters in constituency elections, but derive their position from their parties, they can ignore public opinion with impunity. (7) Given a congress consisting of rival parties, the Government is incapable of pursuing coherent and resolute national polices. (8) Since the congress consists of rival party leaders, this prompts the President to ignore his congress on controversial issues and to act as a dictator—as George Bush did to implement the Security and Prosperity Partnership, and the Civil Assistance Plan.

The conclusion is obvious: America is in dire need of regime change. The Establishment, however, will block any attempt by non-parliamentary groups to introduce systemic change. These groups therefore need the support of a powerful organization outside of America!

This organization, together with a parallel organization in America, would promote the ideological foundations, institutional reforms, and public policies of a future government of America. This dual-organization would in effect constitute a “shadow government” operating partly in the U.S. and partly in another country, until it becomes wholly integrated in a new Confederation. Here is our Plan:

The Problem: America’s Decrepit System of Democracy


1. Surveys indicate that almost 70% of the people in America are disgusted with its congress. An increasing majority feels powerless despite periodic, multi-party elections. No wonder!

In the last election, the parties that opposed the constitutional policy of de-regulating land use, ending corporate eminent domain use, repealing environmental law, and ending gun regulation won all seats. This indicates that an overwhelming majority of the people opposed those policies.

Nevertheless, congress including their President, George Bush, betrayed their voters, by expanding regulation and taxes, in consequence of which the states began to pass resolutions against land theft, Real ID, NAID, and the NAU.

Bush thus made a mockery of democracy. Indeed, one may seriously question the legitimacy of America’s Government, as the following facts indicate:

a. The first function of government is to protect the lives of its citizens and their property. Yet, under the Bush Government, a Mexican has more civil rights than an American citizen. A Muslim has more freedom to arm than the constitutionally recognized civil militia. The result? Thousands have perished by militarized law enforcement of unconstitutional federal law.

b. The states no longer can appoint or recall federal representatives.

c. The Supreme Court is a self-perpetuating oligarchy that scorns the abiding beliefs and values of the American People.

d. Former president Woodrow Wilson admitted that America is governed by “a power somewhere so organized, so subtle, so watchful, so interlocked, so complete, so pervasive, that [we] had better not speak above [our] breath when [we] speak in condemnation of it.”

2. Despite America’s democratic veneer, the people cannot reform the system by ordinary political means; and to expect reform to originate in the congress is like asking chickens to vote for Colonel Sanders. So, what is to be done to save America from this oppressive system?

The Solution: Part I— Jerusalem

1. Let us establish an organization in Jerusalem, or London that will do what no other American religious organization has ever done, namely, expose the flaws of America’s System of Governance, showing how these flaws are largely responsible for America’s repeated disasters.

The organization will be staffed by Christians and Jews. It will have committees that parallel government branches—as if it were a “shadow government.” It will have weekly TV and daily radio programs, as well as a first-rate website with links throughout the world. It will establish a nationwide lecture bureau. It will conduct seminars and publish articles and policy papers. It will start a grassroots movement among college students. All this is quite doable. Although patriot media exist, they are not institutionally oriented. They do not have regime change as their message.

2. The two most pro-constitution organizations in the US are Providence Foundation and the Jews for the Preservation of Firearms Ownership. These organizations—all honor to them—never critique America’s system of governance. They focus on the flaws of America’s policies.

3. To reconstruct America’s system of governance, our American organization will be integrated with a parallel organization in Jerusalem or London. With Internet, coordination of activities presents no problem.

4. Let us call this organization “America’s Original Government: David's Capitol” (OAG-DC). No government in exile is intended. We are merely enabling a parallel organization in America to prepare the ideological foundations, institutional reforms, and public policies for what will eventually become the federal government of America in America.

5. Only such an organization can unite America’s disparate non-parliamentary nationalist groups and provide the encouragement and financial support required to mold these groups into a national camp or a State National Movement. The SNM (see below) will initiate a massive grass roots movement having as its goal the reconstruction of the State on solid American, constitutional foundations.


6. The SNM will metamorphose into a Constitutional Party. Like no other party in America's recent history, the candidates of this party will be representatives familiar with the various sectors of local life. The citizens of America will know, for the first time in almost 100 years, who and what they are voting for.

7. There will be Christians in America who will laugh at this enterprise. Some may even be angered. Perhaps others will be SHOCKED—and to shock people out of their apathy is one of the organization’s objectives. Christians in America must draw the logical conclusion of their own disgust with the Congress: their Government does not represent them, indeed, it is their enemy!


8. OAG-DC will require a first-rate funding network, not only to sustain its own operations but also to assist the State National Movement in America. A fully staffed OAG-DC will consist of an executive director; two lawyers (one general, the other constitutional); two political scientists (one general, the other an expert in the electoral college system); an economist; a businessman; a rabbi with a degree in the sciences; a public relations expert; a communications specialist; public policy experts; linguists, etc. (Obviously OAG-DC can start with a more modest staff.)

9. OAG-DC will have an executive committee consisting, say, of nine members, five of which should be Americans. (Some will be dual citizens.) Roughly half of OAG-DC policy committees should be chaired by Americans.

10. OAG-DC will seek endorsements by prominent Christians and Jews.


The Solution: Part II— America

The State National Movement

The State National Movement will address the urgent need of American national unity and security and will do so by means of clearly defined, goal-directed Judeo-Christian leadership.

A. General Aims of the SNM

1. To establish a union of groups unaffiliated with any political party.

2. To support and coordinate the activities of these groups in such a way as to enable each to pursue its own distinctive function more effectively and yet magnify their collective influence on American affairs in the US and the expiates.

3. To provide the people of America with an alternative to NAU, one that reasserts state sovereignty over their land. The State must thus be restored as the Trustee of the Nation, not its master. The Land therefore belongs to the Nation, the Individual People, not the State.

4. To inform the people of America of the despotic anti-Christ and corrupt nature of America’s governing system.

5. To promote an alternative system of government whose paramount principle is the Judeo-Christian essence of the State, to which all other principles are subordinate.

B. Structure: The SNM Will

1. Establish a national headquarters in Austin, Texas to facilitate uninterrupted cooperation with OAG-DC and uninterrupted cooperation between non-parliamentary organizations in America.

2. Appoint an executive committee to oversee operations.

3. Recruit experts in various public and private sectors to formulate, in cooperation with OAG-DC, a comprehensive national program amenable to religious and nationalist oriented Americans.

4. Establish a funding network in America that will allow each organization to function within the framework of the Movement, share its resources, minimize unnecessary duplication, and present to the world at large the voice of a United Israel.

5. Establish branches around the country, especially near universities. (These branches will be the generators of a grassroots movement whose goal is to rally public support for a Constitutional Party.)

6. Form a lecture bureau consisting of scholars, rabbis, and retired businessmen. (Urgently needed is bold Jewish education, using Jewish biblical concepts to analyze the various ideas and political forces that fragment the religious people and endanger America’s well-being).

7. Ensure the American People everywhere access to information regarding America's security and well-being by supporting a politically independent media network analogous to Voice of America or Radio Free Europe.

8. Form action teams with specific objectives such as public relations, exposure of governmental ineptitude, fearless investigation and publication of names and activities of all enemies of the American People—their resources, agents, networks, and affiliates regardless of their race, national origin, positions of power, and social or economic connections.

9. Form standing committees equivalent to those of the OAG-DC—committees that parallel major government branches. (The SNM should see itself as an incipient “shadow government” or continental congress)

10. Establish an Institute of Statesmanship and Torah Philosophy to develop high caliber biblical leadership that will inspire the religious people.

C. Resolutions: The SNM

1. Demands that the States (a) repeal the December 23, 1913, Federal Reserve Act; (b) repeal the 1909 Sixteenth Amendment; (c) repeal all federal laws within the state.

2. Demands that the State assert America's sovereignty over all land.

3. Calls on the State to (a) pass a Homestead Act to settle Americans back in their houses; (b) invite foreign capital to rebuild cities in these areas; (c) move certain ministries to these areas; (d) offer Mexico incentives to attract Mexicans back to Mexico.

4. In pursuance of the federal constitution Article III Section 3, urges the revocation of citizenship of all federal employees or officials who advocated, voted for, or participated in the set aside of their constitution.

5. Demands repeal of any law that negates the Judeo-Christian religious character of the State.

6. Demands that those congressmen who have committed acts of treason or incitement to break the constitution be indicted and deported.

7. Advocates a market economy based on Judeo-Christian ethics to avoid the greed of fascism and the egalitarian envy of socialism.

8. Advocates a "fee simple" government. The Senate, will be appointed by the state and serve entirely at the state's pleasure, and is limited to religious Christians and Jews. The House of Representatives are elected by state electoral colleges as they decide, and will exercise the power of administrative oversight.

9. Advocates a Presidential system to replace party government which is inherently corrupt, The Presidency is filled by the congress and serves entirely at their pleasure.

10. Advocates nomination of Supreme Court judges by the states (with the advice of a council learned in biblical law), subject to confirmation by the Senate.

11. Insists that the Supreme Court adhere to the constitution and place no law or treaty above it or as an opinion.

12. Advocates a law that would enable a private citizen who suffers injury from the unconstitutional acts of any public official to sue the official for compensatory and punitive damages.

13. Advocates legislation that (a) no citizen may be stopped during travel or impeded without prior charge nor be imprisoned for failure to identify; (b) no person shall be imprisoned for violation of religious tradition.

14. Insists that the bureaucracy be depoliticized by legislation prohibiting officers from voting for five years after their discharge.

15. Recognizes that, given the existence of weapons of mass destruction, a state may pursue a policy of pre-emption.

16. Demands that the terms “Judaism,” and "Christianity" be given free public access.

17. Urges amendment of the immigration Law to curtail the influx of pagans into America.

18. Advocates enfranchisement of Americans abroad for local elections in America.

19. Demands that the state direct the federal government to recall the ambasador from, and refrain from seeking diplomatic relations with, any state whose governmenmt fosters hatred of Americans.

20. Demands that the state cease appeasing the federal regime, and begin directing them. This demeans Americans abroad and perpetuates Washington’s illusion of power over the states. Accordingly, each state’s government must (a) demand the immediate release of all federal prisoners not convicted of treason or constitutionally authorized law enforcement; (b) stop relying on the fed to play the role of the anything but “honest broker” in state affairs; (c) reveal the dependence of the fed on the state. (d) notify the US that the state will terminate federal aid; (e) resume arming and equipping the state civil militia; (f) notify the US agencies within the state to follow the same law as it's citizens or to have none at all.

The Alter of Kelm said, “Don’t ask whether a thing is possible; ask only if it is necessary.” Know that all that is deemed “pragmatic” only reflects today’s stagnant day mentality and merely preserves America’s existing SYSTEM. If you agree that OAG-DC is necessary to prevent America’s demise, you will surely join our organization. We look forward to working with you to preserve the heritage of the American People and restore their national dignity.
