Threatening the Stability of the US

Jul 24, 2007 06:59

The European view of the latest EO is that threatening the "stability" of government programs and functions such as by protests, are reason enough for the US government to confiscate the property of the citizen. It has no application outside of the US. Talk radio has noticed the latest legal ambush and the president has again destabilized his own political system.

Russian lawyers say "...the making of any contribution or provision of funds, goods, or services by, to, or for the benefit...", the insertion of the word ‘services’ has broad, and catastrophic, consequences for the American people in that any act deemed by their government to be against the Iraqi war is, in fact, supporting the ‘enemy’ and therefore threatens the ‘stabilization of Iraq’."

This doctrine is merely an extension of the Supreme Court's bogus constitutional claim that a gun sale anywhere affects commerce everywhere. By this reasoning, everything affects everything economically and therefore can be regulated under the constitution.

From the religious perspective, the only congressman exempt from this pre-Reformation sedition act is the Muslim Keith Ellison who committed a religious heresy by complaining against the US goose step into fascism.

More rumors are that active military residing in Virginia are being warned to get their family's prepared as in disaster preparedness. The Russian analyst repeatedly point to financial problems as the most likely event.
