STASI Resurrected in the US

The political decline in America is the result of her religious apostasy. A nation started by religion cannot abandon their supervisory and parental role over the government they created, but that is what they have done while waiting to ruptured. Here we describe the rapture they are likely to experience first: their arrest by the totalitarian fascist rulers they protect from public execution.

The Russians are amazed by the US decent into the same evil that the Bolsheviks afflicted them with and comment that, "By the time East Germany collapsed in 1989, it was estimated that 91,000 full-time employees and 300,000 informants were employed by the Stasi. In other words, about one in fifty East Germans collaborated with the Stasi—one of the highest penetrations of any civilian society by an intelligence-gathering organization."

The irony of Christian conservatives is that they promote godlessness through government while complaining that policy is encouraging depravity. It was they who made the national ID system, who want "fraud proof" social security numbers, prohibitions against booze, drugs, and polygamy. None of these current and past crusades are allowed in the constitution.

Contrast them to President Putin who has actively encouraged the building of thousands of new Orthodox churches, tried to reconcile the rifts between denominations, and preaches against sin and even against tyranny. Compare him to Christian conservative president George Bush, reputed to be a homosexual occultist.
