Another EAM Message

"For the second time in the past few weeks, the War Leaders of the United States have sent an ‘extended’ Emergency Action Message (EAM) to its military forces around the World, Russian Military Analysts are reporting today."

These are the same radio messages written about in previous articles, "Monday Night's Nuclear Missile Crisis," based upon information from ham radio operators and also by Bill Gertz.
