Forecaster Predicts US version of Nuremberg Trials for Bankers

Bob Chapman wrote in the International Forecaster of Wednesday, April 15, 2009, that Obama will preside during the fall of America and that Americans will become a barbaric mob that will execute mob justice.

Chapman wrote that that, "They will be every bit as vicious as the barbarians that took down the Western Division of the Roman Empire as they mercilessly exterminate the Praetorian Guard which the Illuminati are counting on to defend them."

After the elite scribes and rulers are destroyed, Chapman expects 911 conspiracy trials. "Then comes the next iteration of the Nuremberg trials for the war criminals who orchestrated the 911 attack and who waged the phony "War on Terror" and other wars for profit, not to mention the trials for high treason for the intentional debasement of our currency, the malicious destruction of our economy and the seditious attempt to subvert our Constitution and take away our sovereignty in favor of
a one-world system of government."

We would agree with much of what he said because of the acts in Connecticut that frightened AIG/Feds, but expect that a full economic collapse will be followed by civil war and war with other nation states over a ten year period. The ruthlessness of the very same Neo-brabarians who started World war II will exterminate millions just as they did then. The difference between this time and the 1930's is that there are no free nation states for one to seek refuge from the wars. Apart from divine intervention or exhaustion of resources and people to carry out their "programs", there is no state left to stop them.

Until the Christians/Jews stop accusing the Holy One of sin whenever they are told that the House of god should be rebuilt in Jerusalem, they will repeat the cycle of privation, war, and death.

Bank Stress Test Results Indicate Complete Insolvency

The dissidents within the federal Junta have leaked details of the banking stress test to Hal Turner. According to Turner,

1) Of the top nineteen (19) banks in the nation, sixteen (16) are already technically insolvent. (Based upon the “alternative more adverse” scenario which had a 3.3 percent contraction of the U.S. Economy in 2009, accompanied by 8.9 percent unemployment, followed by 0.5 percent growth of the U.S. Economy but a 10.3 percent jobless in 2010.)

2) Of the 16 banks that are already technically insolvent, not even one can withstand any disruption of cash flow at all or any further deterioration in non-paying loans. (Without further government injections of cash)

3) If any two of the 16 insolvent banks go under, they will totally wipe out all remaining FDIC insurance funding.

4) Of the top 19 banks in the nation, the top five (5) largest banks are under capitalized so dangerously, there is serious doubt about their ability to continue as ongoing businesses.

5) Five large U.S. banks have credit exposure related to their derivatives trading that exceeds their capital, with four in particular - JPMorgan Chase, Goldman Sachs, HSBC Bank America and Citibank - taking especially large risks.

6) Bank of America`s total credit exposure to derivatives was 179 percent of its risk-based capital; Citibank`s was 278 percent; JPMorgan Chase`s, 382 percent; and HSBC America`s, 550 percent. It gets even worse: Goldman Sachs began reporting as a commercial bank, revealing an alarming total credit exposure of 1,056 percent, or more than ten times its capital! (HSBC is NOT in the top 19 banks undergoing a stress test, but is mentioned in the report as an aside because of its risk capital exposure to derivatives)

7) Not only are there serious questions about whether or not JPMorgan Chase, Goldman Sachs,Citibank, Wells Fargo, Sun Trust Bank, HSBC Bank USA, can continue in business, more than 1,800 regional and smaller institutions are at risk of failure despite government bailouts!

It was Turner who first leaked the DHS assessment of returning vets several weeks ago on his web site.

American Brown Shirts? Yes We Can!

Word has it that Obama, true to his election promises, is going to start a “civilian national security force” which is meant to be a military force -as strong as the U.S. armed forces, as well funded, and will be situated on the home front. Critics are calling it "Obama's Youth Brigade" and claiming it smells of the 'Brown Shirts' during the Nazi era. His Chief of Staff, Rahm Emanuel, is helping him to implement this new national security force. As of now, it would be mandatory for those citizens who are in the "GIVE “ (Generations Invigorating Volunteerism and Education) program. But that's not all. The Federal Government will obligate other American youth to serve as well such as those Americans who get student loans.

Below, is a video of an interview on C-SPAN with Rahm Emanuel (who is now the White House Chief of Staff under Obama). In it, he states that this civil security force plan, would be for all American citizens between the ages of 18-25 to serve for 3 months (could eventually be longer) in a type of 'basic training'. This includes women. "Citizenship is not an entitlement program. It comes with responsibilities." Emanuel stated. He claims this is not a draft, rather it is a 'universal service' and 'required'.

It seems though that this is worse than the regular draft Americans knew from the past. Emanuel describes this new plan would require everyone between the ages of 18-25, women included. The Obama administration may get their way.

The rules and demands of this new civilian security force also include religious restrictions. The Bill, as shown below, would forbid American youth in these brigades to participate in conducting worship services, and operating facilities devoted to religious instruction or worship.

SEC. 1304. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES AND INELIGIBLE ORGANIZATIONS.

Section 125 (42 U.S.C. 12575) is amended to read as follows:

SEC. 125. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES AND INELIGIBLE ORGANIZATIONS.

(a) Prohibited Activities- A participant in an approved national service position under this subtitle may not engage in the following activities:

(I am skipping here to article # 7)

7) Engaging in religious instruction, conducting worship services, providing instruction as part of a program that includes mandatory religious instruction or worship, constructing or operating facilities devoted to religious instruction or worship, maintaining facilities primarily or inherently devoted to religious instruction or worship, or engaging in any form of religious proselytization.

I am curious as to how young religious Jewish American men who need to pray in a minyan (quorum of ten men or more) feel about this. How could a religious Jew manage? Would there be kosher dining rooms? Would they get off for Shabbat? How will Jewish families feel when their sons AND daughters are taken away to serve just because they wanted a higher education but didn't have all the money to plop down at one time, so they took a student loan. Does someone have to be rich now, in order to be able to afford keeping the mitzvoth in America?

And for the rest of the American people… Why even have a civilian national security force? What is the need? Isn't the U.S. military enough? Aren't there enough American soldiers in bases all over the U.S. to use in case of an emergency? And if not, America already has what is called the National Guard. Why is there a need for an additional governmental mandatory youth force? Who will these youth be beholden to, the U.S. Constitution, or the office of the President? And where will this stop? At first, it is voluntary. But the plan is to make it mandatory. Emmanuel says the plan is for it to be 'universal', for all American citizens in the age group they described above. ...And it wouldn't be that difficult to enforce either. One more major terror attack (G-d forbid) against Americans would be a good excuse to push through this draft for all young Americans.

I wonder how American Jews are going to feel, having to possibly soon send their children to a place that does not let them practice their Judaism and denies or prevents them from fulfilling their Jewish obligations (Shabbat, kosher, daily prayer minions, etc,) These demands and restrictions should bother other religious Americans as well. I don't know how this youth brigade is going to manifest itself, but it sure would make me very uncomfortable if I were a religious person living in the 'Land of the Free', because it seems like those freedoms will only be a memory of what once was.

The civilian national security force bill has already passed in the House in a vote of 321-105 and will now go to the Senate. It will then go to President Obama for the final stamp of approval. And I imagine if anyone says 'nay' to him, he will answer, "YES WE CAN!"

Lieberman to Mitchell:
New approach needed for talks

DHS Report Warns that Vets are Joining Militias

The US government is in the process of turning its citizens against one another in a vain attempt to preserve itself and justify it's continued existence. A widely circulated "non-secret secret 7 April 2009 report by DHS called, "Rightwing Extremism: Current Economic and Political Climate Fueling Resurgence in Radicalization and Recruitment," is warning LEO's to be on the lookout for Iraq/Afghan veterans because they are ripe for joining the civil war which the DHS is feverishly preparing to fight.

As usual, the Marxists blame every motive on economics with the extra incentive of a Southside Chicago mobster in the White House. No plans to attack were found but the intent of a military assessment is to determine the war fighting willingness and capability of a separatist society. The conservatives represent no threat except to other conservatives.

Just like the MIAC report, the signs of a of rebel are listed: criticism about the outsourcing of jobs; loss of sovereignty; restrictions on firearms; rejecting federal authority in favor of state or local authority; opposition to abortion or immigration.

Conservatives are destined to lose, like Israel is losing its land, because talks only encourage statist, but actions get their attention. The gun buyers for example, "The high volume of purchases and stockpiling of weapons and ammunition by rightwing extremists in anticipation of restrictions and bans in some parts of the country continue to be a primary concern to law enforcement." An extremist is defined by this report as a lone wolf who buys guns, motivated by the federal Junta's intention to "place restrictions" on firearms.

The vets were foolish enough to follow orders to fight an unconstitutional non-war and when mutiny began to surface, the Junta began to outlaw veteran gun ownership. The reason why is that "Returning veterans possess combat skills and experience that are attractive to rightwing extremists," or a lone wolf whom they repeatedly refer to because "the threat posed by lone wolves and small terrorist cells is more pronounced than in past years."

DHS military assessors say that "rightwing extremists will attempt to recruit and radicalize returning veterans in order to exploit their skills and knowledge derived from military training and combat. These skills and knowledge have the potential to boost the capabilities." The statist treat vets as complete idiots incapable of performing a simple judgment.

After warning of vets of being recruited, they then say, "white supremacist lone wolves pose the most significant domestic terrorist threat because of their low profile and autonomy.... embracing the tactics of 'leaderless resistance.'" There are "Small, well-armed extremist groups in some rural areas," but appear to more inclined to talk than attack.

On April 4, 2009 a member of Storm front ambushed and killed 3 Pittsburgh cops. The motivation divined by the DHS warlocks was determined to be his reaction to listening to Alex Jones report about what the DC Junta is doing and the preparations for the war to come. Never mind that Jones always appeals (vainly) to cops to repent, warning them that the strategy is that the cops be quickly annihilated. Nevertheless, they are blaming Jones.

The Yasser Arafat approach to beating conservatives is always evident in these reports that start with a premises that only "talks" are legitimate which is why they emphasize the chatter on internet and the Genesis Communications Network. DHS says their "“accusatory” tactics are employed to draw new recruits into rightwing extremist groups and further radicalize those already subscribing to extremist beliefs." There is no group centered on GCN or Alex Jones, but the only "group" showing any willingness to fight is omitted.

The feds understand Arafat's approach but accuse militias as planning to use it. As the Supreme Court wanders further away, they expect an attack to direct the courts reasoning. "Debates over constitutional rights are intense, and parties on all sides have deeply held, sincere, but vastly divergent beliefs, violent extremists may attempt to co-opt the debate." That is, the peace loving statists are going to attack to get the gun nuts to surrender their weapons?

The DHS is concerned about preaching, which is not to be confused with something that was formerly done in churches. DHS said, "Most statements by rightwing extremists have been rhetorical," but that amendment is also subject to infringement.

The attacks on the fed that they use as incitement of the gullible LEO's never happened. "Violent acts targeting government facilities, law enforcement officers, banks, and infrastructure sectors," are hard to find but by associating pop conservative issues, they now have a few incidents to report, that militia-vet-types may be involved in the "exploitation of social issues such as abortion, inter-racial crimes, and same-sex marriage."

The evil of the bureaucrats at DHS is not concerned about anything except preserving their own lives. What amount to threat signs are the daily concerns of most Americans such as making a living. "Extremists have feared, predicted, and anticipated a cataclysmic economic collapse, "end times' prophecies’, and "martial law, impending civil strife."

Even the children do not escape the scrutiny of the STASI and they noted that "there appears to be a strong association between a parent’s unemployment status and the formation of rightwing extremist beliefs in their children." We have seen the Child Thieves abduct the children from camps set up for California homeless on the basis of obvious financial difficulty.

The 1990's have returned in full force after a Bush hiatus. They are now reminding the LEO's about "federal law enforcement’s handling of the
confrontations at Waco, Texas and Ruby Ridge, Idaho." which left the perpetrators unpunished. The DHS is apparently ignorant of the law when they wrote that "new legislation banning paramilitary training, "contributed to a decline in militia membership.

A legitimate US Government is required to be the servant of the people not the preacher, but they are at least honest when the said. "Federal efforts to influence domestic public opinion must be conducted in an overt and transparent manner,” because they do not respond to public opinion except to hold public meetings run by facilitators. The NAIS is the best example.

In On War #290: Blowback Revisited, by William Lind, he warned that war for "a minority found it the best time of their lives... It was these men, looking to re-create that tremendous experience, who made up the Brownshirts of the S. A. Their very name, Storm Troopers, originated in what they had done during the war. They came home determined to create a different Germany, and they did." And the only real protection was that "we need to isolate ourselves from 4GW overseas."

The vets may indeed take up arms against their government, but it is presumptuous to say that their reasons are not to restore the constitution.

Why Italy?

A Monday, Jul. 08, 1940 article by Time magazine, "Pope to Get Jerusalem?” is the most clear and concise explanation of why Italy is being tormented. The Vatican has been involved in the attempt to wrest Jerusalem from the Jews and deport them to Ethiopia.

Following World War II, "The Catholic Church's tacit participation in the spoils of Fascist victory—last week became a distinct possibility. To Il Duce went a telegram from 30 Italian Bishops, urging him to crown 'the unfailing victory of our Army' by planting the Italian flag over Jerusalem. In England, the Manchester Guardian reported that the Axis powers plan to turn Palestine over to the jurisdiction of the Vatican and transport Palestine's Jewish population to Ethiopia. Under the plan, said the Guardian, the Pope will care for the holy places in Palestine, let Italy run the country."

Myron Charles Taylor was special ambassador to Pope Pius XII at the time and was the only thing offensive about this to the "pastors".

The Catholics like the Muslims, did not believe that Jews in Jerusalem was prophetically possible, thus "there is more pressure for the internationalization of Jerusalem coming from the Christian world than from the Arab."

The Vatican is getting Jerusalem, and all Israel without much notice. The Pope is the spiritual leader but the political leader is whoever runs Germany. This vision began in 1898. Jerusalem is to become a Jewless "Christendom led politically by Germany and spiritually by Rome. Nothing has changed except now the pope is a determined German. The Vatican want the Jews out of the Old City and apparently our government is agreeing with them."

In view of the Catholic history, the Whore of Babylon of Revelation 11:8 would not be a Jewish Jerusalem. The City of God being run by a paganized Christianity allied with global government would certainly fit the allegorical description, however.

The Vatican and the Obama

The Russian FSB is leaking that the assassination plot on Obama was a joint Vatican, Islamic operation. The phone links are between Rome and Tel Aviv. The weakness of the report is assuming that US actually supports Israel, which is impossible while they take Israel's sovereignty, force it to give land for an Islamic state, and deports Jews from their houses. The FSB report summary follows:

Russian Intelligence Analysts are reporting in the Kremlin today that Turkish and US Security Police foiled an assassination attempt on President Obama due to take place yesterday during his visit to the Islamic Nation of Turkey.

United States officials are also confirming this aborted attempt on President Obama’s life with US Secret Service spokesman Ed Donovan further stating that Obama was “never in any immediate danger” and Turkish Police reporting that the 3 assassins planning to carry out the attack were in custody and being interrogated.

These reports state that the 3 assassins planning Obama’s murder had arrived in Turkey last week on a flight from Rome carrying Moroccan and Syrian passports and what are believed to be forged press credentials from the Arab News Service Al-Jazeera and that one of the cell phones recovered from the ‘safe house’ being used by these plotters in Istanbul showed ‘repeated’ calls placed to and from Tel Aviv and the Vatican.

It is believed by Russian Intelligence Experts that both Israel and the Vatican harbor strong fears against President Obama who they believe is in the process of shifting American Foreign Policy towards the Arab and Persian peoples and that by his assassination in a Muslim Nation, by what was intended to be Islamic terrorists, would re-shift United States power back towards the Jewish state.

The Binghamton Operation

Details of the Binghamton, NY raid, April 3, 2009 do not match the media spin using the phrase "rampage" and the lone shooter scenario.

The ambush began by blocking the rear door, attacking through the front, and took only a few minutes. The first police arrived during the attack.

"The gunman entered the building through the front while firing. He had already blocked the back door with his car.... she called 911, said Zikuski, who arrived at the scene within three minutes of receiving the call."

"Police and ambulance crews began staging at Oak and Main Street, the site of the Binghamton High School, shortly after 10:30 a.m."

The primary attacker was prepared for battle, "Police believe the 41-year-old Vietnamese immigrant, who arrived in body armor... He was heavily armed, had a lot of ammunition on him." Pistols are not "heavily armed" however.

"Sources say he was carrying a satchel with extra ammo, a large knife, a flashlight and what appeared to be survival gear - a sign that he was prepared for a standoff."

"I heard shooting, very long time ..." A few minutes after the raid began, the primary attacker was shot. The time is within the period that the first police arrived but there may have been others involved because, "Two men were seen brought out by police in handcuffs, but Police say they are not suspects in the shooting."

Almost immediately after the shooting started, "Eyewitness Kenneth Youmans told CBS News correspondent Jeff Glor.”That's when … we see everyone running around and they started getting the dogs, moving us back, telling us we got to get away from the area." That would imply that they were present in less than 3 minutes.

It is unlikely that a man committed to combat will kill himself.

The irony is how the operation brought a degree of harmony between Hal Turner and Rabbi Kol Tzedek, whose name means "righteous voice", of a nearby synagogue because they do not believe that the raid was a tragedy or a "crime". We expect some strange alliances as the civil war gets hot.

By "2:40 p.m., Binghamton Police indicated the situation was over," but everyone in the building was under arrest until cleared. The media spin is that gun nuts are failures, loners, maladjusted discontents that because of "bad choices" may go on a rampage after blaming others for their failures. The scribes are becoming loathsome.

More media spin: "planned to go out in a blaze of glory with cops; got cold feet when he heard the sirens; coward" and finally the sectarian component, "Thank God, before more lives were lost, that he decided to do that."

Did he? And what is the name of that god?

Routine Traffic Stops by the Modern Horse Thieves

Why should 'routine traffic stops' be outlawed and the perpetrators face summary execution? Because this has been the historical treatment of horse thieves and we have come full circle to an 1878 frontier where nobody is safe to travel and for various pretended offences, the highway men will confiscate your car.

The severity of the punishment was best described by the Feb 5, 1878 New York Times article that said, "The loss of livestock in some localities is fearful. Farms are rendered useless, and families depending upon crops see the plowing season passing away without being able to plant or sow." In short, a horse thief is guilty of attempted murder.

When some highway patrolman or more likely, State Policeman, as a procedure, stop cars and in many cases confiscate the vehicle, they also take away the livelihood and homes in the case of stealing a mobile home, and are no less of an outlaw simply because a gang in a legislature said that it was alright to do so. In this case, the legislature itself has become part of the horse thief ring and would be liable to the same punishment as the police.

The fear that LEO's suffer is justified. There is a no more dangerous theft than horse thieving because historically, they "are rarely caught without a fight and bloodletting..." It was not only for stealing the horse that highwaymen were executed, but theft itself. Let's call it "ticketing." Travelers are always potential victims of a dangerous situation and 'highway patrols' were treated just as severely. "The records of the High Sheriff's Assizes include documents recording that... In 1685 Peter Clarke was hanged for the highway robbery... Thomas Croxton & John Harmon were hanged for robbing travelers..."

Modern legislators believe that they have eliminated the execution of horse thieves and highwaymen, but as more homeless people also lose their cars because of ‘traffic stops,’ the perpetrators themselves will lose their lives. The SOP of statist is of course, programs, aid, and ultimately, camps, thereby assuring bloodshed.
