Another Weak Ohio Terror Case

Jun 11, 2007 06:52

So far the feds have only attempted prosecutions for "weapons charges," which are unconstitutional, and "conspiracy." The latest "conspiracy" is a Muslim wet dream about bringing down the Brooklyn Bridge in New York City by using “gas cutters... the equipment for severing bridge suspension cables," to fulfill a nursery rhyme. Arguably, the relic should have been replaced long ago but they found somebody did enough research on the plan to conclude that it would not work.

"Faris researched the bridge on the Internet and traveled to New York in late 2002 to examine the bridge, concluding that "the plot to destroy the bridge by severing the cables was very unlikely to succeed" because of its security and structure." Too bad the Gestapo did not know that but jobs are at stake.

Concern to the NRA which now means Not Resisting Anymore is that Paul Kenyatta Laws "is also accused of conducting paramilitary training at Burr Oak State Park in Glouster, Ohio, in 1998." Militia training.

The guys were amateurs who made a good faith effort which is better than we get from the NRA. "Faris was also asked by bin Laden associates in late 2000 to look into ultralight aircraft that could be used as escape planes by al-Qaida operatives, prosecutors say. In addition, Faris helped al-Qaida obtain 2,000 lightweight sleeping bags that were shipped to Afghanistan."

About the only real concern should have been "a Columbus, Ohio area law enforcement official who admitted that there were plans to derail trains (open source confirmed), use tanker trucks as explosive devices on soft targets such as federal buildings, strip plazas and shopping malls."

But that's why the police are there. Conspiracy is a corruption of the legal process and makes the FBI like al Qaeda. Only the "conspiracy" makes it important to have knowledge about every detail of every Americans life. They need the trivial details like cash register receipts, phone records, gas receipts, blogs, emails, and personal references. And all they can come up with is "he might do something scary!"
