Slouching Toward Civil War

Apr 06, 2007 07:40

Recently Alex Jones said on his nationally syndicated radio show that the infowar was largely over and that a hot war was nearing to restore America to constitutional government.

He said that it is a defensive war, to stop certain encroachments that are not debatable, and that like minded individuals should begin stocking up the necessities of war.

Another instance is in Colorado where "A gun-rights activist was not covered by the Constitution's guarantee of free speech when he threatened to have a militia arrest two judges, the Colorado Court of Appeals ruled Thursday," April 5, 2007.

Rick Stanley was convicted of "attempting to influence a public official, "after he warned judges that they would be arrested for treason by the 'Mutual Defense Pact Militia'."

There is no argument that a civil war will bring criminal proceedings against elected officials. The only hope that the judges could have is to punish the new judges before the war begins.
