The Cap & Trade bill could require home-owners to licence their home. If you were thinking of selling your house, think again. This bill could, in the matter of one year, prevent many people from re-locating, or even making aliyah to Israel!

The International Property Maintenance Code includes armed code enforcement officers who have the authority to ‘inspect’ private property at anytime and to cite property owners who do not comply with the international code.

Mandatory Child and House Inspection

The ACORNS intend to inspect every child in every house, register every birth, and inspect every single house in America. To begin the bureaucratic process, "sections 440 and 1904 of the House bill (Page 838), under the heading 'home visitation programs for families with young children and families expecting children.' The programs (provided via grants to states) would educate parents on child behavior and parenting skills."

Specifically, "government agents, ‘well-trained and competent staff,’ would ‘provide parents with knowledge of age-appropriate child development in cognitive, language, social, emotional, and motor domains ... modeling, consulting, and coaching on parenting practices,’ and ‘skills to interact with their child to enhance age-appropriate development.’"

There is no possible way to be that involved in anyone’s life without mandating an Open Door policy where an ACORN can knock and demand admission at any time. Couple that law with the evil carbon "cap and trade" law that also requires house inspections, and the homeland security laws requiring inspection of potential weapons like propane tanks, and you have no pretense of a fifth amendment at all. Another house inspection law is the International Building Code or the International Property Maintenance Code, which allows them to decide whether your house is ‘fit’ and imposes severe penalties if not.

The ACORNS will eliminate all separatist movements such as home birth, home school, guns, and undocumented children with the help of conservatives. The best example is Obama's birth certificate, because a birth certificate was no more a legal requirement than a social security number. But, count on conservatives to make both mandatory.

In America we have the Satanic right and the stupid left. The best hope for freedom is to let them both have their civil war.
