Harry Schultz Letter Warning about Aug-Sept Bank Holiday

A “bank holiday” is reported to be planned for late August or early September. Harry Schultz wrote in a recent newsletter that, “Some US embassies worldwide are being advised to purchase massive amounts of local currencies,” in preparation for a ‘“bank holiday’ of undetermined length."

Bob Chapman added more detail to the report by saying that his newsletter "subscriber claims to have overheard two men in FEMA jackets talking with a police chief in California, all who agreed that the federalization of police around the country -- a process largely complete -- will be required if the banks are shuttered in late August or early September because it will get 'ugly' out there."

The purpose appears to be to cover up the closure of large numbers of insolvent banks at one time and to allow the devaluation of the dollar, and to obtain public acceptance of a global bank regulatory system. The practical hardships are that all daily activity will cease that involve credit cards, checks, or ATM machines.

Therefore the FEMA assessment that it will get ugly is correct and will provide the justification for the anarchists to begin direct action, which of course, must be resisted by federally deputized members of the Department of State Security. And all the Conservatives will support it.
