Somebody forgot to tell GAO that the Shadow Government claimed imminent domain on Cheyenne Mountain, Colorado, to make room for their own protection from what is certainly not a missile attack. Perhaps Bush's skittishness to Putin's charges is because he jeopardizes the plan.
