A Fed Ex Plane crashed and caught fire this morning at the Lubbock Airport in Texas. At the time of the crash, the temperature was 17 degrees and freezing drizzle had been falling all night. The ice in Lubbock is part of the massive ice storm that is causing a disruption to travel and power outages from western Texas to Kentucky... Severe icing that prompted Oklahoma's Governor Henry to declare a state of emergency on Monday for all 77 counties... A major, if not historic ice storm is in progress today from Tulsa, Okla, to Louisville, Ky. and Lynchburg, Va.
