FSB Report Justice David Souter Quits After Mark Levy Suicided

Mark Levy was a Clinton admin attorney was shot and killed Thursday, April 28 2009, at his Washington law office. The DC Mooselanders said suicide.

Levy had argued 16 cases before the Supreme Court and the FSB report that the motive was that Levy was "working with Justices Souter, Ginsberg and Alito in preparing a US Supreme Court challenge to the planned implementation of Martial Law," as a result of an expected epidemic starting in late summer caused by "the combining of the current H1N1 Swine Flu virus with the H5N1 Avian Flu."

The FSB report that the suiciding of Levy is what pressured Justice David Souter to resign. The FSB had previously leaked that an Obamite had boasted to Russia that gun confiscation will begin by Autumn, the same time frame as the martial law plan.
