"The Super Tuesday tornadoes disrupted polling in many locations in Tennessee and Arkansas, where voters were forced to take cover when tornadoes swept through in the late afternoon and early evening. In a bizarre twist, the town of Clinton, Arkansas was hit by a tornado on a day when Arkansas voters journeyed to the polls to vote for Hillary Clinton in the state's democratic primary. The Clinton tornado also ripped through the town of Atkins, Arkansas, about 30 miles southwest of Clinton."
At least 52 dead and thousands of buildings were destroyed. On Wednesday, February 6, 2008 the severe weather continues with tornado watches posted in Florida, and Obama's Alabama, and Georgia.

Obama's Arkansas had a tornado in Clinton and lost 13 dead. Clinton's Tenn. lost 24 dead.
The tornadoes were part of a huge storm that had been sweeping across much of the country's midsection. These were super storms for their Super Sin day attended by the Political Pariah, the Messiah. This was the day that the terrorist voted on the electorate, the people who had just voted.
Arkansas repeated their past deed of voting the Clintons by choosing Obama, and were visited in Clinton, Arkansas as a reminder, leaving 13 dead in Arkansas.
Tennessee voted for Clinton and received the greatest destruction. There were at least 24 dead, followed by a spectacular fire at a natural gas pumping station. As usual the government followers "do not know what started a fire."
A dormitory at Union University in Jackson, Tenn. survived a tornado only to have the Union University President David Dockery, scoff that the students knew the drill. Making sure that the "weak minded" kids never suspect a visit by the Pariah, he made the childish statement "there are positive days ahead for them." Perhaps, but not for him.
From Jackson to Memphis, where complaisant shoppers went deeper into debt, the Pariah went shopping, did not find what he wanted and threw a fit. "High winds collapsed the roof of a Sears store at a mall. Debris that included bricks and air conditioning units was scattered on the parking lot, where about two dozen vehicles were damaged.
"A few people north of the mall took shelter under a bridge and were washed away." He went to an industrial park in Southaven, Mississippi, that makes nothing and "ripped the warehouses apart. The best way to describe it is it looks like a bomb went off," A certain reminder of the incident in Sderot when their park was damaged.
The Pariah's attitude problem was on display when after the voting in Atkins, Arkansas--where there was a single touch-screen voting machine in the abandoned W.J. Matthews Civic Center. The electorate was in a hurry to flee, "A dark, broad funnel approaching Atkins. Traffic was snarled on nearby Interstate 40, with tractor-trailers on their sides."
Lest the phony Christians rejoice, the Pariah is almost as ready to destroy them for their own candidates. "The power was knocked out briefly at a Little Rock convention hall that hosted a watch party for GOP presidential candidate Mike Huckabee."
Super Tuesday was a super disaster that takes the super churches into the finals with the Pariah they claim to worship. And he will kill them.

The Great Danger from Under-governed Regions

The chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Adm. Michael Mullen, plans to tell the US Congress Wednesday, February. 6, 2008 that the great danger to the federal government is from "safe havens," which are defined as regions that are under-regulated.
In this instance he is speaking about Pakistan, a state over which the feds have little administrative influence, and in which the separate culture teaches against the policies of the federal government. In addition, they maintain an under-regulated militia that threatens federal law enforcement in the area, according to FBI Director Robert Mueller.
To the credit of the Pakistanis, they “maintain a cadre of skilled lieutenants capable of directing the organization's operations around the world,” which is far more than we can say about well regulated American patriots.

Confusion in the Ranks

Police are allowing themselves to be militarized while the law becomes a tyrannical weapon used primarily to protect the state. The result is a negligence and irresponsibility that will destroy them and the DHS that enticed them.
The primary interest of the modern politicians of the left and right is prevention of separate cultures, such as is occurring by the spread of home-schooling, home-birthing, home-business, the trading of gold, silver, and guns or anything outside of the registered-permit system.
That is except when the culture is Islamic.
Even though a few cops are getting it there is no corresponding change. A study Titled Radicalization in the West: The Homegrown Threat and written by two NYPD Senior Intelligence Analysts, Mitchell D. Silber and Arvin Bhatt, only scratches their own piece of the surface.
While they correctly identify separate cultures as a threat, like most phony "Americans" they are too politically righteous to say which culture is good and not a threat. That is to say, what is their own culture.
Their failure to pick a culture that encompasses the activities of the state and therefore is not to be investigated, guarded against, and subverted by infiltration, makes the state itself a separate culture and a threat.
They vaguely get that much and conclude that "integration... explains why police should never allow themselves to be militarized, despite most cops' enthusiasm for military gear. Militarization automatically separates police from civil society, which leaves them blind and deaf."
Blind and deaf men make poor soldiers should the fed incite the numerous secession movements. This is a question of loyalty: to the state or to higher principles. To the law or to the constitution, to the religion of congress or of someone whose law is perfect. The cops are confused and confusion is a preparatory strategy for their destruction.

A Basis for Restoring Constitutional Government

Restoring legitimate constitutional government in America will require restoring an understanding of its philosophical foundations through educating the children. The foundation of the constitution is Jewish law given to Moses by god in person.
There are six ideas that must be restored before a citizen is qualified to even offer an opinion about government. First, Jewish law will teach him that no one is above the law; indeed, that God Himself is bound to observe the laws of the Torah (Jerusalem Talmud, Rosh Hashana 1:3a). That idea moves government from being a weapon to be used against one another to more of a public utility available to the good and evil alike without concern about intended use or possibility of abuse.
Because everyone is subject to the law as if it were a physical principle, we will therefore reject the Latin maxim Princeps legibus solutus est -- the ruler is not bound by the law. The modern state typically exempts itself and their bureaucrats from complying with either law or constitution by carefully defining the legal terms of compliance. Therefore the phrase, shall not infringe, always carries a subtext saying, except by law. Such a law is of course a fraud as Moses would instruct any judge: that the terms of a covenant are not set aside by law once it has been ratified. What the judges have done is to make an assertion of the supremacy of the state above all, and conforms to fascist doctrine.
The American constitution is not a secular document but is written according to ancient ideas about contracts. One ancient provision that the present abusers should consider is that the constitution has no penalty for breaking the terms of the agreement which would restore the relationship of the transgressor. In that regard the constitution is very fragile because there is no inherent continuity of American government once the covenant is broken.
A secular constitution may claim that the land of America belongs to the state, but we have a religious constitution that claims no land. The land is as can be read in the Declaration of Independence, deeded to men as property, not to the state. The modern state tries to persuade us that the state is the final authority in all things no matter what the constitution says.
God has decreed that the Land of Israel belongs exclusively to the Jewish People, to the Nation of Israel, and all other lands are given to others. No political party that betrays these two truths is worthy of any support, direct or indirect.
The State is nothing more than a trustee of the Nation. The State or its government has no right to give away any part of the Land. To deny this is to advocate the evil doctrine of Statism. Western civilization once rejected this doctrine; it recognized a law higher than the laws of the State, as we see in the American Declaration of Independence.
There are no organized bodies in the world today that rejects statism except in the New Jewish Congress inaugurated in Jerusalem in November 2007. A new American Continental Congress should follow suit. It is commonly claimed that Statism rose out of the Protestant Reformation but more accurately it is the product of the Counter Reformationist. The Reformation was a religious rebellion, a civil war, against the tyrant Rome that eventually caused American colonist to form themselves into covenant communities that respected the Law of Moses.
The second point that must be taught; Jewish law will teach us that the individual must never be sacrificed for the sake of the state. We will therefore reject the policy of self-restraint against over reaching tyrannical bureaucrats.
Third, Jewish law will teach us how to promote justice and the common good. We will not tolerate the denial of civil rights so common in present day America--a democratically elected despotism that expels people from their homes, expels industry from their cities, and expelled god from their public lives. Both secular and religious organizations were complicit in these vicious crimes--even more reason for a New Continental Congress to shun members who fail to emphasize the need to change America’s SYSTEM of governance on every public forum.
Fourth, since the foundation of the constitution was laid at Mount Sinai, both the leaders and the electorate must be learned in Jewish history, we will know that Jewish law is not static but dynamic, that Judaism reconciles permanence and change. We will know that Jews survived the vicissitudes of the past because, thanks to their great Rabbis, they learned how to adapt to changing circumstances and still adhere to the Torah, mankind’s first written Constitution. Our Sages were Torah men, not party pragmatists.
Fifth, our statesman will know that only the bible can re-unite the American People, and not simply because of the Torah’s world-inspiring wisdom. The Torah’s many-faceted system of law can harmonize the social and economic relations of people who have diverse ethnic backgrounds by providing them with proven and venerable methods of resolving their differences.
As Professor Menachem Elon, former Vice-President of Israel’s Supreme Court, has written: “it is precisely in all the branches of Jewish law … that it is possible ... to arrive at a common language and understanding among various elements of the people who differ in their religious and social outlook.” Since a vital objective of statesmanship is to promote national unity, our statesman must be sensitive to the potentially unifying influence of Jewish law.
Sixth, Jewish law provides a rational and ethical foundation for representative government. However, to avoid the tendency of doctrinaire democrats who, like the Clintons and Obama, would assimilate Judeo-Christianity to democracy, the statesman will assimilate democracy to Judeo-Christianity. Accordingly, he will derive freedom and equality, democracy’s two cardinal principles, from the Torah’s conception of man’s creation in the image of God. This will provide these two indiscriminate principles of democracy with ethical and rational constraints.

Pray for New Leadership

In the wake of recent events, we urge the women in America to pray for new leadership; to light a Sabbath candle and bless god. Become like Deborah when no man would lead, and pray that the pastors and rabbis in government to "do teshuva" (repent and correct their ways in the Light of G-d).
Shifra Hoffman said: "Prayer is the ultimate weapon to help God's mercy in this critical time. We pray that we will get true leadership." This is a critical time with governors giving away our land for foreign-owned toll roads and congress releasing financial terror upon us through their regulations and taxes, but we should not lose heart, because daughters of the American Revolution also went through tragic times in the past.
Hoffman said to Jews, "We are calling upon the rabbis who are in the government to leave, and upon the rabbis thinking of joining it not to do so, and to understand that the only government they owe allegiance to is Memshelet Hashem Yitbarach." The same applies to Christians. Their time to "make a difference" is past and we urge the ones in government to leave and those considering joining to reconsider, and to understand that for them to remain loyal to this government is to betray the Messiah they claim to bless.

OCALA - Less than two months after being indicted in 2006, actor Wesley Snipes sent a document to the Internal Revenue Service declaring he was a "nonresident alien" of the United States, refuting his Social Security number and warning that continued prosecution could lead to professional consequences for federal employees.
IRS Frivolous Return Program senior technical advisor Shauna Henline read excerpts of the document into the record during Snipes' tax evasion trial on Thursday at prosecutors' direction.
In the 600-page declaration signed by Snipes and sent Dec. 4, 2006, Snipes said he had "no ill intent or malice" and didn't want to evade any lawful requirement to pay taxes. But he went on to say the government had "no lawful authority to impose any kind of criminal sanctions."
Snipes declare he had no taxable U.S. income, making the IRS Form 1040 "absolutely the wrong form for me to file." He also claimed taxes withheld were "stolen funds."
He chastised the IRS and prosecutors saying their position toward him was "simply false, fraudulent and misrepresenting."
The document also warned the government's "illegal collection action" would result in "significant personal liability" for those involved.
"Warning - pursuit of such a high profile target will open the door for your increased collateral risk," Snipes wrote. "I certainly don't believe this is in your best interest and can be avoided."
Snipes and codefendants Eddie Ray Kahn and Douglas Rosile are on trial in federal court in Ocala. Each is charged with one count of conspiracy to defraud and one count of aiding and abetting the making of a false and fraudulent claim as part of an alleged tax fraud scheme. Snipes also is charged with six counts of willfully failing to file federal income tax returns.
