I believe Matt Simmons is trying to tell us, was Well #A. It had begun being drilled in late 2009, but drilling had to stop, as Hurricane Ida damaged the Transocean semi-sub Marianas, and it had to be pulled to port for repairs. Transocean semi-sub Deepwater Horizon was called in to finish, and they ran into the above problems.

Simmons, who in all his recent interviews keeps omitting this point, keeps saying that there is a big hole, and an oil lake, and the BOP was blown away, without giving the dates, or mentioning DWH was doing the drilling at Well #A. It seems to square easily that DWH was able to disconnect from drilling before the main #A blowout event on 13FEN2010. THAT BOP worked. If Simmons' is correct, the BOP was sealed, providing DWH time to disconnect. The pent-up pressure blew the BOP.

It would follow that DHW then moved to or near Site #B, and commenced drilling a Relief Well.

The DWH "Well #B" location is ~7-10 miles west south west of Site #A.

It blew-out on 20APR2010.

GRU: US TR-3B's Attacked Chinese Oil Pipeline

A dire report prepared for Prime Minister Putin by the foreign military intelligence directorate of the Russian General Staff (GRU) is warning today that Total Global War may be “imminent” due to the United States “shock bombing” of 2 Chinese oil pipelines in retaliation for the Communist Chinese ally North Korea’s torpedoing and sinking of the Deepwater Horizon oil well in the Gulf of Mexico, which we had previously reported on in our May 1^st report “US Orders Blackout Over North Korean Torpedoing Of Gulf Of Mexico Oil Rig”.

According to this report, US Air Force “hypersonic space planes” (commonly referred to in America as UFO’s) based out of Guam began infiltrating Chinese airspace a fortnight ago for the purpose of “target acquisition” to retaliate against the Communists. One of these missions was in broad daylight and forced the closure Hangzhou's Xiaoshan Airport.

Chinese authorities in Hangzhou reported that they had learnt what the “UFO” was after investigations, but said it was not the “proper time to publicly disclose” the information because there was a “military connection” to it.
Unfortunately for the Chinese, the “military connection” associated with these US “UFO’s” became apparent this Friday past (July 16^th) when the port city of Dalian, located in China's Liaoning Province, was attacked by one of them when it fired “at least” 3 infrared guided missiles blowing up two oil pipelines.

March 20 - Iceland's Eyjafjallajokull volcano erupted for first time in 200 years.

Intelsat said it lost control of the Galaxy 15 satellite on April 5, possibly because the satellite's systems were knocked out by a solar storm. Intelsat cannot remotely steer the satellite to remain in its orbit, so Galaxy 15 is creeping toward the adjacent path of another TV communications AMC-1 satellite that serves U.S. cable companies. This could be a precursor to the major solar storm expected on May 2013 when some of the world’s 940 satellites will be at risk.

Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas is averse to resuming direct Middle East talks in the near future despite the Obama administration's "strong belief" that such negotiations could begin within days or weeks, Israel Radio reported on Friday, citing sources in Ramallah.

U.S. envoy George Mitchell was in the region this week, shuttling between Ramallah and Jerusalem for separate rounds of talks with Abbas and Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. Mitchell has been moderating the proximity talks between the two sides for the last two months.

Washington, D.C., early Friday, waking many residents but causing no reported damage.

The implications
It is well-known that both the number and intensity of hurricanes in the Atlantic tend to increase during La Niña events. However, as I discussed in a post last month, since 1995, neutral years (when neither an El Niño or La Niña are present) have had Atlantic hurricane activity equal to La Niña years. The last time we had a strong El Niño event followed by a La Niña event in the same year, in 1998, we had a Atlantic hurricane season 40% above average in activity, with 14 named storms, 10 hurricanes, and 3 intense hurricanes. The season was relatively late-starting, with only one named storm occurring before August 20. I'm thinking this year's season may be similar, though four or more intense hurricanes are a good bet due to the record warm sea-surface-temperatures (SSTs).

Both El Niño and La Niña events have major impacts on regional and global weather patterns. For the remainder of July and August, we can expect La Niña to bring cloudier and wetter than average conditions to the Caribbean, but weather patterns over North America should not see much impact (Figure 2.) Globally, La Niña conditions tend to cause a net cooling of surface temperatures. Thus, while the past twelve month period has been the warmest globally since record keeping began in 1880, it is unlikely that the calendar year of 2010 will set the record for warmest year ever.

Our Solar System has experienced not just one, but two icy fragmentation’s. One on the Roche Limit of Saturn, and one near Mars. One resulted in Saturn's icy rings, which are at its Roche Limit. The other produced the dry river beds of Mars.

The later dating is established because a dry river bed is found where its ancient river flowed into one side of an older crater, filled it up, and then flowed out the other side again, same flow volume.

TWO ICY FRAGMENTATION’S. If the hemispheric geography of the dry river beds is correctly understood, and if the suddenness in the appearance and outflow of those rivers is correctly understood, the Eastern Hemisphere of Mars suffered a sudden icy spray from space. Recently, in terms of astronomical time, that is.

In The Biblical Flood and the Ice Epoch, [29] Donald Patten contended that the antediluvian Earth was completely surrounded by a water vapor Canopy at an altitude of between five and ten thousand feet, similar to Venus's heavy cloud cover. Influenced by Flood Geology, Velikovsky, and earlier cosmic catastrophists such as Whiston, Patten argued that the Flood was caused by the close approach, in 2800 BC, of a comet which became the planet Mercury. Earth's gravitational force disintegrated an ice moon of this cosmic invader into fragments, half of which fell to Earth as rain. The rest formed a great ice ring around the Earth, then descended to the surface at the magnetic poles as a tremendous ice dump, collapsing the Canopy. Dead Sea was Once Filled With Oil
From time to time large quantities of bitumen rise to the surface from the bottom. Bitumen is also found along the shores and is referred to in Genesis (xiv, 10) where it speaks of the puteos multos bituminis — "many pits of slime". This feature caused the ancients to speak of the sea as the "Lake of Asphalt".

Asphalts are present in the Dead Sea basin in three forms: (1) huge blocks, up to 100 tons in weight, composed of extremely pure (>99.99%) solid asphalt occasionally found floating on the lake, (2) veins, seepages, and cavity and fissure fillings in Lower Cretaceous to Holocene rocks, and (3) ozocerite veins on the eastern shore of the lake. ... tectonic and diapiric activity caused frequent liberation to the Dead Sea surface of semiliquid asphalt associated with large amounts of hydrogen sulfide gas.

THE DAY THE SUN STOOD STILL

While on one side of the globe the sun failed to set, the dwellers on the other side lamented the long night that refused to end. What had happened? According to Velikovsky’s reconstruction, this was due to an irritation of the earth’s movement, brought about by a celestial body never seen before.

Chinese reports tell of a “brilliant star”, which appeared in the constellation Yin during the reign of Emperor Jahou and was visible in the daytime, “rivalling the sun in brilliance”(13) less of a star than a “fiery ball”(14). In the daytime, the tail of this comet was visible as a trail of smoke, whereas at night it was seen as a gigantic pillar of fire, a “torch spreading across the entire horizon”(15), at the appearance of which both “Heaven and Earth began to tremble.”(16)

On its orbit it approached the earth every fifty-two years. It so happened at the time of the exodus of the Israelites from Egypt that the earth twice passed through the tail of this unlucky star. The first passage was signalled by a fine, reddish dust that fell upon the earth and turned the rivers “into blood,”(17) and brought about a “severe plague.”(18)

Red-hot rocks of increasing size began to strike the earth, earthquakes shook the ground and there was an ceaseless, deafening roar. A pitch-black, burning mass (mineral oil) poured forth upon the earth and, drawn up by the gravitational pull of the foreign star, the waters of the sea rose up as a pillar, mile-high above the mountains and visible to all the peoples of the world.

Later expeditions also located what appears to be Noah's first home after the flood and the grave sites of Mr. and Mrs. Noah. The graves were evidenced by petroglyphs on the large tombstones. These were within ~5 miles of the Ark. Unfortunately, the graves were subsequently exhumed by grave robbers. The Turkish government later reported that a bodice that Mrs. Noah was wearing, which was covered with large precious stones, was sold on the Turkish black market for around $75 million. One of the burial crypts was later recovered and is in a back room of a museum in Ankara, Turkey. It is 18 feet long! Enormous human bones appeared in some of the hotels in the area soon after the graves were robbed. The size of the bones suggests that the Antediluvians were between 12-15 feet tall!

But most amazing was the ark itself. It was found in sections, somewhat like a house that had collapsed over the years. Sections of petrified wood 12 to 14 feet high and 40 feet long were found.

The "Tombstones"

But the most interesting feature of this site was what was in the front yard -- there were two large stones, one sitting upright and one lying flat on the ground. Carved on these stones were a most exciting picture: across the top of each was an arc-shape; below this was a curly-cue which looked like an ocean wave, and atop it was a very simple boat-shape; walking away from this boat and wave were eight people -- the first and the largest was a man; next and second largest was a woman; the next three were all the same size and all smaller than the largest woman, and they were men; and the last 3 and the smallest, were three women.

It seemed quite obvious to Ron that these were iconographic representations of the 8 survivors of the flood, all walking away from the ship with a rainbow overhead. But what did it all mean?

When he studied these two large monuments more closely, he noted that on the one lying on the ground, the largest woman (the one representing Noah's wife) had her eyes closed and her head tilted downward. On the larger one which was still standing, he saw that BOTH the first woman AND the first man (Noah) had their eyes closed and heads tilted downward. Since these were in front of the house, he believed they were the actual tombstones of Noah and his wife.

The iconography showed that FIRST his wife died, and on her stone, only HER eyes were closed. When Noah died, BOTH of them were represented as dead.

What Ron and the boys had found these first two days were extremely important, Ron felt. It has been approximately three weeks since former State Trooper and Secret Service appointee Greg Evenson appeared on The Waterman Files to discuss what his inside sources are telling him about the situation in and around the Gulf of Mexico. Today, Evenson discussed and updated the situation with John Moore.

“There is an increasing sense of negativity and desperation among those who I’ve spoken to, in the military, that have a real sense of – it’s a pending doom – and it’s just beyond anything I have ever seen up to this point. I talked to the men and they’re just planning their own I think the first announcements that are made regarding any kind of evacuation involving the aged, those that have to go first if it is possible will then precipitate a secondary wave to follow very shortly after that of the people who have been sitting on the fence not doing anything and all of the sudden they’re saying ‘it’s time to go’. It will cascade downhill rapidly and the people who are going to deal with it are simply saying, “We do not have the resources, we do not have what we need to carry this off”.

Greg Evenson stated that it was suggested to him by University of Texas researchers that four to five weeks ago (which he described in a broadcast on May 27th) that there were reports from the U.S. Geological Service that an earthquake was precipitated at eleven miles below the ocean floor when drilling at the Deepwater Horizon site went as deep as thirty thousand feet – not the deepest well on earth, but the deepest ever penetrated into such a major source deposit of [this type of] oil, which is why it is coming up red and radioactive. The reports from the U.S.G.S. indicated that this earthquake may have fractured the ocean floor which would explain the oil seeps at seven to twenty-eight miles away that may not be coming from the drill site at all, but by cracks in the ocean floor caused by this and the giant deposit.

Evenson, discussing the problem with separating fact from fiction when determining the situation in the affected regions stated that, “The time for silliness and… extraordinary statements that have no basis… really need to be called out of the debate because we are losing time, we’re losing ground every moment. It may be [entertainment] to some, but to others it is deadly serious business, and I mean deadly serious…”

There have been suggestions that the oil rigs – all operations in the Gulf of Mexico – will be shut down. A video is making it’s way around the internet of Pensacola Florida with methane boiling out of the water, said to be a million times more in some areas, one hundred thousand in some areas, than anything close to normal. Those amounts of methane being released are the equivalent of twenty times more than the carbon dioxide typically being released into the atmosphere from automobiles, etc.

Various scientists have postulated that this uncontrolled, massive release of toxins is going to cause extreme phenomenon around the globe, including major fluctuations in climate causing super storms similar to those in the Hollywood movie “The Day After” that are going to be mind boggling. In response to this scenario, Evenson says, “That is absolutely correct, and add to that the absolute disaster that is taking place before our eyes with this overspray, this incredible overspray of Corexit that is causing damage. I’ve seen pictures of it supplied to me… of these crops and trees and other things withering under this continuing assault. As if it’s not enough that B.P. has created all of this problem, now they have created a secondary and a third problem with the debilitation of infrastructure and crops and so-forth from the spraying of this horrible Corexit.”

“Snow plows are being readied to go up and down the interstate highways in the middle of summer moving stranded vehicles off the road when evacuations begin.” Evenson implored people to not panic, and to simply prepare ahead so that they can move out of harms way before the crush of a full evacuation has begun.” - Greg Evenson

The containment system capturing oil from the Gulf of Mexico spill had to be removed Wednesday, leaving the gusher unchecked after a collision involving a robotic submarine, US officials said.... I was watching before the cap came off and it seemed like it was rocking back and forth more than normal.

In April, 2010, the Deepwater Horizon, sitting 5,000 above the seafloor of the Gulf of Mexico, drilled to a depth of 18,000 feet (5,486 meters) when by all accounts it was hit with a massive pressure blowback estimated to be over 100,000 pounds per square inch (psi) that shot a column of methane gas and oil up the drilled well with such force it destroyed this aircraft carrier size drilling rig, along with blowing out all the well casing making relief wells useless, and unleashing a catastrophe of such proportions it now endangers our entire World.

Important to note about the 100,000 psi number is that current engineering technology cannot contain gas that is pressurized that high. Even worse is that the enormous pressure coming from deep within our Earth is from what is estimated to be a massive 15 to 20 mile toxic and explosive bubble of methane gas trapped for eons under the Gulf of Mexico sea floor that should it shatter would kill millions.

So potentially catastrophic is this situation it has led Texas A&M University oceanographer John Kessler to not only state that “this is the most vigorous methane eruption in modern human history”, it could also to turn the entire Gulf of Mexico into a what he calls a “dead zone”.

As to what is turning the United States worst environmental disaster in history into a catastrophe of truly Biblical proportions.

While there is a major media blackout of any real information or warnings, we are feeling effects of this oil and the associated chemicals even here, where one has yet to see any oil upon our shores. Web Bot Accuracy Reaffirmed In our summary of the Mar 2010 Web Bot report, we noted that many of the big-ticket predictions from the previous (2009) reports and alerts had failed to materialize in any significant manner. Though the Web Bots' predictions of trends were pretty good, specific major predictions tied to specific dates had failed to manifest. Well, some big-ticket predictions are now coming to pass. Most notably, the "oil volcano" in the Gulf of Mexico fulfills the language for upheaval of the ocean floor and ocean death (yes, the situation is that serious).

The bungling by BP and the US government is well on the way to fulfilling the prediction that the government would come to be seen as inept, completely incapable of responding effectively in an emergency. The oil leak and the response have reaffirmed the core accuracy of Clif's work. It is still fair to say that dated predictions by Clif or anyone else should be taken with a grain of salt. (Even Clif says this!) It's better to focus on major predicted trends and assume there is a lot of play in the dates.

That said, given the apocalyptic nature of the scenarios in this new Web Bot report, everyone should be proceeding now at full speed to create a resilient household (and, in some cases, perhaps, to relocate). May 2010 Report -- Synopsis To be fair to Clif and his work, we will provide only a brief summary of some of the top points from the latest report—The Shape of Things to Come, v5. We STRONGLY urge you to read the original report for yourself. It is available for a mere $10 on the HalfPastHuman site. Some of the Web Bot predictions include:

* The "oil volcano" in the Gulf of Mexico will continue to worsen, likely becoming the worst environmental disaster in recorded history. A bad hurricane season in the Gulf may add to the scale and nature of the disaster by further spreading the oil pollution in the seas and contaminating the region's air and land (including areas inland). Harvests from the Gulf and regional farms will be seriously affected. The pollution and the possibility that the US government will eventually use a "nuclear option" to close the leak may lead to a massive diaspora from the surrounding areas.

* The need for blame-shifting will cause a rift between US minion politicians and their masters, The Powers That Be. This will prove problematic for both classes. Anger at the oil volcano and the ineptitude of the response will eventually feed the trend towards revolution in the US.

* July through September will see extreme worsening of financial conditions as the "death of currencies" process accelerates. This will negatively impact food supplies, civil order, unemployment, and more.

At some point there will be hyperinflation in food, energy, and precious metals, but within a broader severe deflationary trend in just about everything else. At the end of the report, Clif presents a number of scenarios, each of which could fit the data. Each is civilization-changing. Here is an example so you get the idea: By August, the oil volcano has gotten so bad, the nuclear option is put on the table. Having seen the horrors unleashed by the oil volcano itself and now fearing further disaster when the nukes are set off, massive numbers of people in the US Gulf states flee, as do people in Mexico and other surrounding non-US areas. This diaspora, plus crushing economic effects from the collapsing currency systems, cause a level of social suffering that is currently unimaginable.

The nuclear bombs are finally set off in November but fail to close the leak. However, they do set off massive earthquakes, including a devastating one related to the New Madrid fault in the central US. The masses have finally had enough, and the War Between the Populace and TPTB commences.

As Clif frames his scenarios, other postulated events could be added or swapped in by Universe; or, Clif says, there could be new, currently unforeseen events that drive the real scenario.

The bottom line is that major doo-doo is coming. Finally, a few months into 2012, civilization will have largely navigated to a transformed state in terms of our heads and hearts and wallets. But the events of the preceding two years will have left more than a billion dead.

LINDSEY WILLIAMS WAS ON THE SHOW SHARING INFORMATION THAT HE RECIEVED FROM HIS ILLUMANTI FRIEND. THIS WAS WHEN MY CALL WAS TAKEN. AS I STATED, I WAS A PETROLEUM ENGINEER AND WORKED FOR HALLIBURTON AND BJ HUGHES ( THE OIL AND GAS SIDE OF HOWARD HUGHES COMPANIES). AS SOON AS THE GULF INCIDENT HAPPENED I TOLD MY WIFE AND FRIENDS THAT THIS WAS A SET-UP. GOLDMAN SACHS SELLING THEIR BP SHARES DAYS BEFORE THE DISASTER, NOT TO MENTION THE HEAD OF BP SELLING OVER A THIRD (3rd)OF HIS STOCK. WHY WOULD SOMEONE DO THAT UNLESS THEY HAD INSIDE INFORMATION. WE HAVE SINCE BEEN TOLD THAT IT IS 30,000 FEET BELOW THE SEA BED. THE RIG BLOWING-UP AND CATCHING FIRE, WAS A CLUE THAT ALERTED ME THAT THINGS BEING TOLD WERE NOT ACCURATE. THERE WAS A MAJOR COVER-UP GOING ON.

IT WAS REPORTED THAT AROUND 11:00 am, THE TOOL-PUSHER (THE MAN IN CHARGE OF THE RIG) HAD A HEATED ARGUEMENT WITH THE OIL COMPANY REPS. ABOUT USING (SALT WATER) INSTEAD OF DRILLING MUD TO DRILL THE WELL DEEPER. DRILLING MUD IS USED BECAUSE THE WEIGHT OF IT CAN BE ADJUSTED BASED ON THE PRESSURES THAT YOU COME UP AGAINST WHEN DRILLING. THE DEEPER YOU GO, SOMETIMES YOU WILL HIT GAS POCKETS AND THE WEIGHT OF THE MUD PLUS HOW MUCH OF IT IS IN THE PIPE CREATES HYDRO-STATIC WEIGHT AND THIS HELPS PREVENT BLOW-OUTS. THEN ABOUT 11:00pm, OR ELEVEN HOURS LATER THE RIG EXPLODED KILLING (11) ELEVEN RIG HANDS. 11, 11, 11, STRANGE.....

THEN THERE ARE ALSO BLOW-OUT PREVENTERS, CHECK VALVES AND MANY OTHER THINGS THAT TOOL-PUSHERS CAN USE TO MAKE SURE BLOW-OUTS DON'T HAPPEN. IT WAS REPORTED THAT THE BLOW-OUT PREVENTERS FAILED ...THAT THEY COULDN'T GET TO THE BUTTON TO ACTIVATE IT. THAT IS BULL. THERE ARE GAS SNIFFERS AND ALL SORTS OF PRECAUTIONARY DEVICES THAT ARE ON THESE RIGS. THESE ARE CHECKED DAILY BY THE CREWS AND HAVE TO BE SIGNED OFF ON WHEN THEY WERE INSPECTED AND WHO DID IT.

A TOOL-PUSHER DOESN'T GET TO THAT POSITION UNLESS HE HAS WORKED ON RIGS FOR YEARS AND STARTED FROM THE BOTTOM UP, AND KNOWS EVERY JOB ON THE RIG. I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY HE LISTENED TO THE COMPANY REP OR ANYONE ELSE WHEN IT CAME TO SAFETY OF HIMSELF, HIS MEN AND THE RIG. I CAN UNDERSTAND WHY THE 11 OTHER MEN ASKED TO LEAVE THE RIG AND THEY BROUGHT IN 11 REPLACEMENTS. BP PUT MONEY AND PROFIT AHEAD OF SAFETY. THERE WERE REPORTS OF PROBLEMS 3 TO 4 DAYS BEFORE THE WELL BLEW-OUT. THEY OR SOMEONE WANTED THIS TO HAPPEN. EVERYTHING WAS PURPOSELY DONE TO CAUSE THIS DISASTER.

YOU HAVE TO UNDERSTAND THAT AT 5,000 FEET DOWN IN WATER YOU HAVE UNBELIEVEABLE PRESURE THAT CAN CRUSH SUBMARINES, PLUS THE TEMPATURE LEVELS AT THAT DEPTH CAN BE AS LOW AS BEING ON MT. EVEREST. EXAMPLE : THEIR FIRST TOP KILL FAILED BECAUSE THE CONCRET FROZE AND THE CAP BROKE APART BECAUSE OF THE FACTS STATED ABOVE. ANYONE WHO HAS DRILLED IN THE GULF SHOULD HAVE KNOWN THAT THE CONCRETE WOULD FREEZE AT THAT DEPTH. WHILE ALL OF THIS PLAYING AROUND IS GOING ON, THE WELL HEAD (OR WHAT IS LEFT IT) IS GETTING BIGGER BECAUSE THE SEDIMENT AND SAND COMING OUT OF THE WELL HEAD IS ACTING AS A SANDBLASTER IF YOU HAVE BEEN WATCHING, THE PRESURE AT THE WELL HEAD HAS NOT DECREASED BUT IS GETTING STRONGER EVEN THOUGH THE HOLE IS GETTING BIGGER. IT SHOULD BE THE OTHER WAY AROUND. LIKE PUTTING A NOZZEL ON YOUR WATER HOSE. SMALLER HOLE, MORE PRESURE, LARGER HOLE, LESS PRESURE. THAT'S NOT HAPPENING....

LINDSEY WILLIAMS STATED THAT WHEN THEY STARTED TO PUMP MUD DOWN TO KILL THE WELL, THAT THEY WERE USING 30,000 HORSE POWER PUMPS AND THEY CAME TO BELIEVE THAT THERE WAS A CRACK OR SEPARTION OF THE PIPE DOWN HOLE, ( IN THE SEA FLOOR ) AND THE MUD FRACTURED THE SEA BED MORE THAN WHAT WAS ALREADY DONE BY THE BLOWOUT. Could a comet have passed very close to the earth and deposited all that crude oil in the middle east during the time of the Exodus?

Probably an earthquake caused an eruption of gas, oil, sulfur, salt, and bitumen to rain down on Sodom and Gomorrah. The Dead Sea is right on a fault line where earthquakes occur.

Gulf Coast Evacuation Contingency Plans Soon to Go Operational

The operational name for the Gulf Coast Evacuation is "Swift Fox". Yesterday morning at around 8:30 Mountain time, I received information that specific towns, in Tennessee, Kentucky, Alabama, Mississippi, Texas and Georgia were having hotel rooms rented in mass by different named "Societies" using Federal government credit cards. The block hotel room rentals are for half the available rooms in hotels with a minimum of 120 rooms. Specific conversations were "overheard" that would indicate that the planned Gulf Coast evacuation is soon to be implemented. The only scenario I hear that may force the government to evacuate the coast is a multiple plume situation. Apparently, the unmitigated oil spilling has caused a pressure flux which, ironically, has caused a spider web network of Gulf seabed fissures, which has caused at least one other confirmed oil plume. NOAA is searching for two more suspected ones". This quote is from an insider who is really concerned as he should be. Here's additional info he provided. His comments in the following quote: "I know FEMA has already scoped out FEMA camp locations, i.e. vacant lots and swaths of land that can be leased temporarily in Texas and Georgia".

The inside guy said it is up to the President to give the go-signal. There is an evacuation plan drafted and in place, ready for execution only *if* the administration deems it necessary. That can happen two ways. FEMA makes an emergency declaration with recommendation to POTUS (President of the US) for an evacuation or 2/3 of the Gulf States request federal help for an evac. States can individually declare an evacuation of their Gulf residents, but that would be a state action only, not FEMA/Federal".

One week ago I was given a "vision of bread" while praying for wisdom. I saw a piece of bread being ripped apart as you would tear apart a sandwich from the bottom up. Imagine holding a sandwich in both hands and pressing your thumbs through the center of the bread and then tearing the bread, ripping it apart into two sections!

I wondered why the Lord would give me the Bread Vision, and then it became apparent. FAMINE is going to explode through the land as a result of the Gulf of Mexico's sea floor rupturing! Yesterday, as I pondered all that's going on, I received an image of a jig saw puzzle with all the interrelated pieces being broken apart, and being tied to this event taking place in the Gulf. The famine that is coming to the US is heartbreaking in it's ramifications. The slaughter and devastation is unimaginable. As the Great Quake literally tears apart the US mainland, all America's external enemies including those "enemies within" will seek to destroy and devour that which is left and flee, but they will not succeed. April 20, 2010 - Explosion and fire on Transocean Ltd drilling rig Deepwater Horizon licensed to BP; 11 workers missing, 17 injured. The rig was drilling in BP's Macondo project 42 miles southeast of Venice, Louisiana, beneath about 5,000 feet (1,525 metre) of water and 13,000 feet under the seabed.

A dire report circulating in the Kremlin today that was prepared for Prime Minister Putin by Anatoly Sagalevich Shirshov Institute of Oceanology warns that the Gulf of Mexico sea floor has been fractured “beyond all repair” and our World should begin preparing for an ecological disaster “beyond comprehension” unless “extraordinary measures” are undertaken to stop the massive flow of oil into our Planet’s eleventh largest body of water. of Russia's

Most important to note about Sagalevich’s warning is that he and his fellow scientists from the Russian Academy of Sciences are the only human beings to have actually been to the Gulf of Mexico oil leak site after their being called to the disaster scene by British oil giant BP shortly after the April 22^nd sinking of the Deepwater Horizon oil platform.

BP’s calling on Sagalevich after this catastrophe began is due to his being the holder of the World’s record for the deepest freshwater dive and his expertise with Russia’s two Deep Submergence Vehicles MIR 1 and MIR 2 which are able to take their crews to the depth of 6,000 meters (19,685 ft).

According to Sagalevich’s report, the oil leaking into the Gulf of Mexico is not just coming from the 22 inch well bore site being shown on American television, but from at least 18 other sites on the “fractured seafloor” with the largest being nearly 11 kilometers (7 miles) from where the Deepwater Horizon sank and is spewing into these precious waters an estimated 2 million gallons of oil a day.

Interesting to note in this report is Sagalevich stating that he and the other Russian scientists were required by the United States to sign documents forbidding them to report their findings to either the American public or media, and which they had to do in order to legally operate in US territorial waters.

However, Sagalevich says that he and the other scientists gave nearly hourly updates to both US government and BP officials about what they were seeing on the sea floor, including the US Senator from their State of Florida Bill Nelson who after one such briefing stated to the MSNBC news service “Andrea we’re looking into something new right now, that there’s reports of oil that’s seeping up from the seabed… which would indicate, if that’s true, that the well casing itself is actually pierced… underneath the seabed. So, you know, the problems could be just enormous with what we’re facing.”

Though not directly stated in Sagalevich’s report, Russian scientists findings on the true state of the Gulf of Mexico oil disaster are beyond doubt being leaked to his longtime friend, and former US President George W. Bush’s top energy advisor Matthew Simmons, who US media reports state has openly said: “Matthew Simmons is sticking by his story that there's another giant leak in the Gulf of Mexico blowing massive amounts of oil into the Gulf of Mexico. On CNBC's Fast Money, he says he'd be surprised if BP lasted this summer, saying this is disaster is entirely BP's fault.”

As a prominent oil-industry insider, and one of the World's leading experts on peak oil, Simmons further warns that the US has only two options, “let the well run dry (taking 30 years, and probably ruining the Atlantic ocean) or nuking the well.”

Obama’s government, on the other hand, has stated that a nuclear option for ending this catastrophe is not being discussed, but which brings him into conflict with both Russian and American experts advocating such an extreme measure before all is lost, and as we can read as reported by Britain’s Telegraph News Service:

“The former Soviet Union (U.S.S.R.) used nuclear weapons on five separate occasions between 1966 and 1981 to successfully cap blown-out gas and oil surface wells (there was also one attempt that failed), which have been documented in a U.S. Department of Energy report on the U.S.S.R.'s peaceful uses of nuclear explosions.

Russia is now urging the United States to consider doing the same. Komsomoloskaya Pravda, the best-selling Russian daily newspaper, asserts that although based on Soviet experience there's a one-in-five chance a nuke might not seal the well, it's "a gamble the Americans could certainly risk."

Reportedly, the U.S.S.R. developed special nuclear devices explicitly for closing blown-out gas wells, theorizing that the blast from a nuclear detonation would plug any hole within 25 to 50 meters, depending on the device's power. Much as I had idly imagined, massive explosions can be employed to collapse a runaway well on itself, thus plugging, or at least substantially stanching, the flow of oil.

“Seafloor nuclear detonation is starting to sound surprisingly feasible and appropriate," University of Texas at Austin mechanical engineer Michael E. Webber is quoted observing, while Columbia University visiting scholar on nuclear policy and former naval officer Christopher Brownfield wrote in the Daily Beast: "We should have demolished this well with explosives over a month ago. And yet we watch in excruciating suspense while BP fumbles through plan after plan to recover its oil and cover its asset.”

As to the reason for Obama’s government refusing to consider nuking this oil well, Sagalevich states in this report that the American’s “main concern” is not the environmental catastrophe this disaster is causing, but rather what the impact of using a nuclear weapon to stop this leak would have on the continued production of oil from the Gulf of Mexico, and which in an energy starved World’s remains the Planet’s only oil producing region able to increase its production.

On top of the environmental catastrophe currently unfolding in the Gulf of Mexico the situation may about to get even worse as new reports from the US are confirming the grim predictions of Russian scientists regarding the oil dispersement poisons being used by BP which are being swept up into the clouds and falling as toxic rain destroying every living plant it touches, and as we had detailed in our May 23^rd report titled “Toxic Oil Spill Rains Warned Could Destroy North America”

To what the final outcome of this catastrophe will be it is not in our knowing other than to state the obvious that the choice facing the American’s today is to either stop this disaster now, by any means, or pay dearly for it later. After all, is cheap petrol really worth the cost of destroying our own Earth? BP surely thinks so, let’s keep hoping Obama doesn’t.

primary cause of the blow out

For your benefit and that of other newbies showing up daily I’ll offer you my very biased conclusion of the primary cause of the blow out. The regulars can skip the rest of the story…they’ve heard already. I’ll make just one qualification and it’s a big one: IF THE INITIAL REPORTS ARE CORRECT. It will likely be at least 6 months but more likely a year before there’s official confirmation. The following are just my suppositions. But suppositions gleamed from 35 years as a petroleum geologist with a strong background in well site operations. That experience includes working on site on DW GOM wells as a pore pressure analyst. As a PPA I assisted the drillers in determining the magnitude of the rock pressure they had to deal with.

BP drilled thru an oil reservoir at about 13,000’ below the sea floor. The pressure in the reservoir was around 14,000 psi (an educated guess). They ran steel pipe (casing) from the bottom of the hole back up to the wellhead at the sea floor. They then ran the drill pipe to the bottom of this csg string and pumped wet cement up between the csg and the rock. The purpose of the cement isn’t to hold the csg in place…it isn’t going anywhere. The purpose is to isolate the oil reservoir and keep it from flowing along the outside of the csg in either direction…up or down. It appears the cmt job failed to provide this isolation. Opinions vary but IMHO this is not the BIG SMOKING GUN. Cmt jobs fail all the time. You assume that during the course of drilling a well that you’ll have get a bad cmt job or two. That’s why you routinely test the cmt after a period of 18 to 36 hours. The primary and best cmt test is to apply pressure to it. The cmt has to hold a pressure greater than the reservoir pressure. If it doesn’t then you do a “squeeze job”: pump more cmt behind the csg and then test again. There is some question regarding the validity of the pressure tests BP conducted. Opinions vary but the cmt did fail…that’s why the well blew out.

After BP decided the cmt job was sufficient they had to set cmt plugs inside the csg string as required by MMS regs. But before setting the upper cmt plug they began removing the heavy drilling mud (14.5 pounds per gallon) from the csg and the riser (the 20” tube that connected the wellhead to the drill rig 5,000’ above. They did this by going down into the csg with drill pipe and pumping seawater down. The seawater pushed the drill mud back up to the rig. The seawater weighs about 7.5 pounds per gallons. That means the pressure exerted at the bottom of the well was reduced considerably. So low this pressure wasn’t sufficient to keep the oil reservoir from flowing up. This is a normal procedure. Had the cmt job held all would have been fine. The bad cmt job allowed the oil reservoir to flow up the csg. Had they set the top cmt plug first the well would not have blown out when they displace the mud. Even with a bad cmt job a proper upper plug would have held the flow back.

SLB gets out to the Deepwater Horizon to run the CBL, and they find the well still kicking heavily, which it should not be that late in the operation. SLB orders the “company man” (BP’s man on the scene that runs the operation) to dump kill fluid down the well and shut-in the well. The company man refuses. SLB in the very next sentence asks for a helo to take all SLB personel back to shore. The company man says there are no more helo’s scheduled for the rest of the week (translation: you’re here to do a job, now do it). SLB gets on the horn to shore, calls SLB’s corporate HQ, and gets a helo flown out there at SLB’s expense and takes all SLB personel to shore.
